I would like to thank...

the innumerable amount of calories I have enjoyed endured over the past four weeks. For without you, crisco and powdered sugar, I could never have graduated from Course1 cake school!
~~
And a big round of applause to Amber too...
I would have never taken the class by myself...so thanks a mil!
Flowers & Confetti... my "final" cake...

The rest of the class... those that look better than mine

Our graduation!

Whoops!
Can you believe I still passed?
Course2 starts Monday!
~~
As a side...this weather really STINKS for making icing. Humidity is terrible for this stuff...my cake has yet to ice over.

MckFamily reunited!

Just in case you're one of the two people that's had your head stuck in the ground for the last twenty-four hours, the
MckFamily is back together!!!
Praise the good Lord, baby Stellan is well enough to be home again! Trust me, you will want to click here and read the full coming home story...I don't even think the President gets perks this good!

Birthday Fun

We celebrated Baby J's 6th birthday on Saturday {4/25}.
She and her sister are in my preschool class on Wednesday nights.
She's a smart little cookie and a big help in class.

The kids enjoyed playtime before the party began...

Bring on the party hats, cake and gifts!

We gave Baby J a personalized tee {made with my new cricut of course!}.

Sparky came out of the doghouse for a nice visit with the kids...

Raegen was less than thrilled...

There's just something about a grown man in a polyester suit that will make me cry too.
We had a great time celebrating your 6th birthday with you, J!!

Could I get that in descending order, please?

I promise,

all I asked the child to do was pick up his toys...

It all started with a question

The Fason's came by to visit on Friday night and
BF kept asking Raegen, "wanna go home with me?"
It wasn't long before Raegen was saying,
"Adios, Hasta la vista, and Sayonara"

I don't think the biggest cheetos bag in the world could have lured him to stay...
BF had toads...

You're staying here, right?

Let's blow this joint.

With the house all to ourselves and no one to mother {or father!},
we made a beeline for W-M and picked up some essentials for B...various brands of iced tea!
He's been wanting to try different brands {I always use Lipton} and I guess being childless provided the perfect opportunity for such a feat.

Eetsa-meata-balla

Raegen and I headed east on Thursday for a day of cooking with the Witcher's. The baby will be here shortly and Stacy wants a freezer stock full of frozen meals...and seeing as I'll be helping her out for a bit, I do too!
The boys are always up to something...

John Deere Pink. I remembered to bring play clothes, but no hat.
Cousin Madisyn came to the rescue with this one...

Back to business...we made lasagna

Madisyn helped with spreading the cheese on.
She made it look like "snow".

meatloaf...

stuffed shells...

and meatballs! {sorry, no picture}

Grif made his own dog leash for Dusty...

who's leading who?

Fun times at Witcher Farms. We're set and ready...bring on the baby!

Kmart, Kmart, that's my store...

Kmart, Kmart, that's my store,
I shop there because I'm poor.
When I get grown and rich some day,
I'm gonna shop the Wal-Mart way!
~
Ladies, if you're still singing that old song and dance you haven't been to Kmart lately!
I found myself in Kmart a few weeks ago and was amazed at all the cute clothes they carry.
Scarves
Shoes
Dresses
Tops
You name it, they have it...and it's cute and trendy! Oh, and best of all, it's AFFORDABLE!
Here's a little peek...

$12.49
$13.30~~~~~~~~~~~~~$24.49

Clownin' Around

Today is Tuesday...that means CAKE CLASS! Yay! The hardest thing was NOT eating the cake before it made it to class with me. No joke.
We worked on roses...the base again and the center.
That's it, just two steps.
TWO VERY DIFFICULT STEPS.
But then myself and a few others decided to move on. This was the result...

that is AFTER it was destroyed by an Ibarra finger.
Actually, she made it look better.
I think I already know what this weeks homework is.
~~
The funnest thing we made today?
CLOWNS!
Why?
Because they're stinkin' EASY!

Amber and I had a great time in class today...her laughter is infectious. Her first clown creation was a contortionist {I'll spare you the picture, but it was funny as all get out...I mean tears streaming from your eyes funny}.
~~
I can hardly wait to tear into this bad boy, but it will have to wait...we have our first puppy obedience class tonight.

Sugar and Spice or Snakes and Snails?

Poll has closed. It's a BOY!!!

Take the poll located on the right side of the screen. Will we be having another baby boy or a baby girl? What do you think?

If it's any help, I haven't had any dreams {like I did with Raegen, dreaming I was having a boy} and I just don't have that "feeling" with this baby. I did have severe morning sickness that lasted through week 15, quite unlike my mild morning sickness that ended at week 12 with Raegen. That info may help or confuse you more! I'm anxious to see what everyone else thinks we're having.

Is baby #3 a boy or a girl?
