Goin' to the chapel...

Billy and I headed to his hometown Thursday night for a wedding. It's always nice to go home and visit with folks you haven't seen in a while.
April, Mike, Amber, and Marc anxiously waiting. Mike, Amber, and Billy have known Derek since he was a tike. I know it's been fun for them to see him grow up and now get married.
I should have also gotten a picture of the church decorated...it was just beautiful. The church was packed with people. I'm shocked we even found a seat!

Raegen was looking mighty fine...crisp white shirt and starched khakis. I even slicked his hair back so it wouldn't stand up, but that didn't last long...of course!

Our good friends Maricela and Frank made it too!

Tim & Angela...of course Raegen had to jump in too!
(I have a link to their blog at the right-- it's new so it's a work in progress,
but they're doing a great job!)

I do!! The groom and bride...Derek and Courtney....Congratulations!! I took this when I went through the receiving line...I knew I wouldn't get another chance! :)

The reception was held outside...all the mini lights gave it a romantic touch. The cake and food were delicious!

Raegen was too interested in the other kids playing to bother and smile at the camera. And I'll just go ahead and tell you why Billy's smile is fading....haha...his mom kept counting to three and wouldn't push the button! I think we held our smile for about 30 seconds. :) It was quite comical.

Raegen with his Pawpaw and Grandma.

It was a little cool outside so Maricela, myself, and April stuck together!

Who says kids are the only ones that have fun? I'm glad I got this shot because it's the only one I have of Courtney's bouquet...isn't it beautiful! I love the colors.

Bubbles galore!
Angela and I collaborated to make this a great shot...we each took a picture at the same time and got double the flash!

April showers....I tried to capture the lightning with my camera. You can hear the rain falling and faintly hear our voices in the background. About 23 seconds into the video you'll see a flash of lightning. Then I recorded some of the reception area. The Lord took care of us all and spared us any violent weather. And those that drove back home Thursday night made it home safe and sound...
Thro' the storm, thro' the night, Lead me on to the light--
Take my hand, precious Lord, lead me home.

Sugar and Spice or Snakes and Snails?

Poll has closed. It's a BOY!!!

Take the poll located on the right side of the screen. Will we be having another baby boy or a baby girl? What do you think?

If it's any help, I haven't had any dreams {like I did with Raegen, dreaming I was having a boy} and I just don't have that "feeling" with this baby. I did have severe morning sickness that lasted through week 15, quite unlike my mild morning sickness that ended at week 12 with Raegen. That info may help or confuse you more! I'm anxious to see what everyone else thinks we're having.

Is baby #3 a boy or a girl?
