Bro. Kent took us by Derek's house Friday morning. It's come a long way since Derek and Courtney first showed us the land about eight months ago. I wish I had a "before" picture of everything. Derek cleared the land himself.

Have you ever seen a well being drilled? This was a first for me and Raegen. I thought it was really neat.

How would you like this view everyday? Derek has about 43 acres here so there's no worry about bothersome neighbors. :)

I absolutely LOVE the entry to his house...it has a barrel ceiling. I tried to take the picture where you could see the ceiling and top of the wall and window above the front door. What a beautiful foyer!

This antler chandelier will hang in the foyer.

Raegen got a first class tour. We love using the wrap to get around. When he was younger he would even fall asleep in it...that hasn't happened in a while! :) The wrap idea came from Stacy (of course!)...she's full of good ideas.

Derek's family is hoping most of the finish work will be completed while Derek and Courtney are away on their honeymoon.

The "man room"...this room is HUGE!!! I would guess it's a 30x30 room (maybe bigger). Derek has plans to put in a pool table and other "manly" things. :)

with an exit in the back? haha Derek said this was a "must have" for Courtney. Apparently she's not the world's best at backing up.

Bro. Kent's parents and brothers came by while we were checking out the house and Raegen decided it was time to get down and get dirty!

One of Bro. Kent's brothers let Raegen play with his hat...it didn't stay clean for long!

Derek has built a beautiful house and it's very fitting for the beautiful couple he and Courtney have become. It will be fun for us to go to Billy's hometown and add their house to the rounds we make while visiting. Congratulations on your new life together!!
