I wanted to let you know that you placed third in your division Tuesday night, and that I apologize that the awards for third place were overlooked during the awards ceremony. I will be mailing you your third place certificate this afternoon. I hope to see you back next year! I have big plans for improving next year’s awards ceremony.

Woohoo! Yay me! My second race and I placed. :) There were probably only three people in my age bracket, but lets just keep that between you and me.
