Iced In....or maybe Iced Out!

I had a big week planned...people to see, places to go, things to do....and then winter weather hit. I traveled over to Stacy's early Monday morning. Our plan was to make Christmas candy and then I would head to mom and dad's for the night and return home on Tuesday. Well, it's Tuesday night and I hope to make it home tomorrow!! We didn't received much wintry weather here, but everywhere between here and home received a ton! The schools were closed today and will be again tomorrow. I'm not confident driving on icy roads and most certainly icy bridges (of which I would have to cross no less than 10, not to mention a huge river bridge!!).

I've checked the road conditions map at least once an hour for the past 24hrs or so...as you can see, things still aren't looking good for me and my route home!
