Cake Mix Cookies

Ever had cookies made with a cake mix? I have and to be honest, I wasn't impressed! Until NOW!
I had these at our game day party on Saturday and they are soooo creamy and delicious.

I modified the recipe and made these last night...fudge cake and white chips...

Yes, I actually was successful at baking cookies!! I'm NEVER successful at good cookies! {mine always turn out flat and falling apart} I'm holding on to this recipe for sure!
Thank you Sarah C.!
Cake Mix Cookies

2 Eggs
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup margarine
1 cup peanut butter
1(18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. grease cookie sheets. In a large bowl, cream together the eggs, water, margarine, and peanut butter. Stir in the cake mix and blend well. Finally, fold in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded spoonfuls or with a small ice cream scoop onto the prepared cookie sheet. bake for 8-10 minutes in a preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

Sugar and Spice or Snakes and Snails?

Poll has closed. It's a BOY!!!

Take the poll located on the right side of the screen. Will we be having another baby boy or a baby girl? What do you think?

If it's any help, I haven't had any dreams {like I did with Raegen, dreaming I was having a boy} and I just don't have that "feeling" with this baby. I did have severe morning sickness that lasted through week 15, quite unlike my mild morning sickness that ended at week 12 with Raegen. That info may help or confuse you more! I'm anxious to see what everyone else thinks we're having.

Is baby #3 a boy or a girl?
